Jennifer Smokevitch, Australia


Sydney-based Jennifer Smokevitch brings to the table 20 years’ experience in industry and consulting over five continents, giving her a unique global perspective and the ability to understand and integrate a diversity of viewpoints.

She has coached and advised clients such as Qantas, Unisys, New Zealand Telecom, Johnson & Johnson, HCF, Jones Lang LaSalle, the American Management Association and ABN-Amro Bank, to name but a few.

Regarded as a perceptive facilitator, Jennifer enjoys helping organisations to creatively chart new territory for the future without losing sight of the practical realities of today.

She draws on expertise across strategy development and implementation, leadership and organisational development. With significant operational experience in financial services ranging all the way from back-office to client relationship management, Jennifer’s approach is multi-disciplinary.

Jennifer is a skilled Balanced Scorecard practitioner and one of the few consultants in Asia-Pacific to have worked with David Norton, co-creator of the method. She also frequently presents at leadership seminars to the CEO Institute of Australia and at industry conferences.

Jennifer holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia, USA, and a Bachelor of Arts, Honors, Magna Cum Laude in Philosophy. She is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

A firm believer in nurturing potential from an early age, she is also a mentor for the New South Wales Department of Women’s "GirlSavvy" program and previously a "kid coach" for Future Possibilities Australia.

Jennifer has made her home in Sydney since 1999 and is gradually working her way through the natural wonders of Australia.
